When we started this journey, our revenue was a big, fat zero and it stayed like that for longer than I’d like to admit. A glaring zero, mocking us from the depths of our spreadsheets. But through sheer persistence and relentless pursuit, we’ve managed to scale to £360,000 ARR (annual recurring revenue). Scaling revenue requires you to be as nimble as a cheetah, always adapting your strategy, iterating on your product, and staying one step ahead of the competition.

Allow me to unveil a few practical steps that played a pivotal role in our 'success':

In a world where innovation is the lifeblood of success, we made it our mission to stay at the forefront of cutting-edge solutions. By continuously iterating on our product, listening to customer feedback, and anticipating future needs, we've carved a unique space for ourselves in the market.

We've unleashed the potential of our team, fostering a culture that embraces creativity, welcomes new ideas, and challenges the status quo. It's about pushing boundaries, experimenting fearlessly, and always being open to fresh perspectives. When we discovered email sequencing, we used it to send automated and (mildly) personalised emails to our targets. To our amazement we had and (still have to this day) C-suite employees replying to say something along the lines of “I’m so sorry you had to chase me!”. Little do they know….

We've honed our sales techniques, fine-tuned our messaging, and built strong relationships with our customers. Our sales team is not just a group of individuals; they're a force to be reckoned with, a collective powerhouse that brings in the revenue and drives our business forward.
